The List - June 2012

PC games worthy of mention for this month, ordered by my interest. (Monthly US releases are only estimated, game may end up all hype and really suck).

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier - Tactical Shooter
This series has always been best within the coop campaign.  Published to PC by popular demand.  Big question in the room is, will it feel like a port or PC game?

Sid Meier's Civilization V: Gods and Kings - Strategy - Expansion
Introduces religion and espionage (same thing, right?) back to the series.

Spec Ops: The Line - Shooter
Its hard to feel this out.  Its Dubai, an ideal location for a shooter.  It'll have blown out tall building, crazy dust storms, ala the 4th Mission Impossible flick.  But the development cycle for this had gone overdue, which doesn't fare well for shooters.

Quantum Conundrum - Strategy
A bit of a portal type game, with alternative dimensions.

Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - Strategy
"I'd like to get into this series, but no time.  Some day."   Yeah, its one of those games, glad they had enough sales to push the series forward, but it definitely suffers from said quote.
